A stylish Countryside Manor wedding in Yorkshire – Camilla and Stephen If you’re planning a autumnal countryside manor wedding, you’ll love this wedding for inspiration!
When Camilla and Stephen first got in touch with me about their wedding, I was so excited – they were planning a beautiful countryside wedding with a church ceremony and canapes and drinks for the reception. Camilla and Stephen are the most wonderful people and I couldn’t wait to shoot their wedding!
I started at Denton Hall in yorkshire, where the bride and her family were getting ready together, and it was such a lovely moment, because they were so happy to see each other. Camilla wore a lacy dress and Stephen wore a three-piece suit and they looked really beautiful.
The wedding took place at St Helen’s Church, and was a beautiful religious ceremony. They had some beautiful readings, which everyone enjoyed. After the ceremony they walked down the aisle together, and then we did a confetti tunnel outside the church door.
The wedding reception took place on the steps to the country manor, which was adorned with pumpkins, lanterns and autumnal flowers. It was so gorgeous. It was a beautifully sunny day, which was what the couple had hoped for. While the guests enjoyed canapes and cocktails, the couple mingled and laughed with their friends.
My favourite photo from our couples session is of the pair of them on the steps to the house, Camilla’s dress trailing behind. Check it out below!
During the reception they had a lovely meal with friends and family, which went down a storm. For dinner they had a roast dinner, and it was gobbled down in seconds by everyone. Afterwards, they had some wonderful speeches and the dancefloor was packed all evening. They also had a live band, which was a huge hit.
